FastRAG grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the FastRAG source code (“Software”) for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the limitations defined in this agreement. This license is “per user” (for the developer purchasing the code), but allows for unlimited end products.
You may not redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer the Software to any third party “as is”. This includes uploading the source code to public repositories where it can be accessed for free, or selling it as a competing boilerplate.
Simple rule: If your product's value comes from selling the code(like a template store), it's prohibited. If the value is the service you builtwith the code (like a SaaS app), it's allowed.
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from or in connection with the Software or its use.
Due to the nature of digital products (non-tangible irrevocable goods), we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing. However, we handle exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis — just reach out.
